I have been practicing law since 1978 and in Winter Garden since 1979. I have been a Florida Bar Board Certified civil trial or business litigation lawyer since 1993. I have over 30 years of experience in helping clients resolve disputes involving real property, business and contract matters, and wills, probate and trust matters through negotiation, mediation, and trial. My present practice is concentrated in the area of wills, trusts, estate planning and probate, guardianship, and trust administration. I also handle disputes in contested matters in these areas.

In order to increase my efficiency and productivity, I have extensively incorporated the use of computers into my practice. I am especially proud of the comprehensive computer generated forms libraries I've created to produce probate and guardianship pleadings and estate planning documents. These programs allow me to quickly produce customized documents and thereby keep my charges lower than they might otherwise be.
